I grew up in Scotland but have spent half my life working and traveling around the world. Discovering fantastic food, people and experiences along the way.
During my 15 years as a chef I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience. I'm now in my fourth year yachting and the lifestyle suits me perfectly! 
Really looking forward to the challenges and adventures which the next few years will bring.

Went not cooking I like to spend my time Kitesurfing, Backcountry snowboarding and doing Acro Yoga (see third photo down).
